Wish "Mr. Big" a happy 100!

"Mr. Big”, BTA's largest red gum or longbreak eucalyptus tree (Eucalyptus camaldulensis) in the collection is 100 years old! Thanks to BTA archives they know that Mr. Big was a three-year-old six-foot sapling when he arrived in February of 1926. Today, he stands 117 feet high and has a circumference of more than 22 feet, making him an Arizona Champion tree.
